There was this informative article on eating and drinking in Bolivia in The Guardian. As for me – I am not interested in high-end restaurant stuff and would rather be interested in food and ways of cooking the ordinary Bolivians do or have a peek in what cholitas brew in their pots, but anyway, here it is. As I said the article is informative and although I suppose that it is a commercial assignment to promote the new restaurant for rich dudes, it gives a glimpse in Bolivias cooking and viniculture.
